Refund & Return Policy
At D’ITALUCI, we operate as a curated fashion boutique, offering a limited selection of bustiers, swimwear, and sleep dresses sourced from trusted manufacturers and design studios. Due to the intimate nature of our products and limited inventory availability, we apply the following return and refund conditions.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and hygiene liners fully intact.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bustiers must be tried on over underwear. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Items marked as Final Sale
Items purchased with promotional discounts
Swimwear or intimate apparel with removed hygiene liners
Pre-order or made-to-order items (unless defective)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Boutique Disclaimer
As a boutique retailer, D’ITALUCI does not manufacture all items in-house. Product availability is limited, and replacements may not always be possible. In such cases, an approved refund will be issued.
