We want you to feel confident with every purchase from ditaluci.com. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all eligible products purchased through our website, including DI’WYLISSE and other selected brands available in our store.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unused and unwashed
In their original condition
With all original tags attached
Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with the original hygienic liner fully intact and in place.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items specifically marked Final Sale
Swimwear or intimate apparel with the hygienic liner removed, damaged, or altered
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered merchandise
Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items, unless defective
A promotional discount alone does not make an item Final Sale unless it is clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product and size availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued instead.
